Happy Memorial Day

Happy Memorial Day! We had breakfast at the Wylie Community Park with our church member friends. Afterwards we played with water guns and tried playing water balloon volleyball. We had a lot of fun getting wet. The girls also had fun playing on the playground as you see in the pictures below.

We then went to my parents’ home to celebrate my sister Jenna’s 19th birthday. We swam and enjoyed good food. It was also nice to visit with family. (My sister-in-law, Danna, is holding her new baby girl, Leah.)

This was Liam's first time in the pool. He didn’t like the cold water at first, but eventually got use to it. Doesn’t he look cute in his new swimming outfit?

(By the way, Nia can swing herself now! This is something she accomplished for the first time this spring. Yeah!! We are still working on swimming though, but she is so close. Ella of course has been a fish since she was 3.)
